Just a quick note to tell you how pleased I am with my new 800 pound ultimate duty Concepts 2000 Power Press!

Every aspect of the transaction (specification, build, shipment) went smoothly and per the timeline you had promised. All boxes arrived here in early December in fine condition. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to set the unit up until after the holidays.

In early January, I unpacked everything. Careful packaging and wrapping of all components protected each piece in transit. The workmanship in terms of durability of the design as well as the finishing detail (paint, labeling, etc) exceeded my expectations and hands-on experience with other weight training products I’ve purchased.

Assembly and set-up instructions were clear and simple. I had the unit in place and ready to use in less than one hour. With nothing but the Olympic bar sitting on the stands, I test flew the Power Press by actuating the “UP” and “DOWN” foot pedals. It operated flawlessly. After several trial sets with light weight, I ramped up to about 80% of my bench capacity and gave the unit its first real “test”: stuck on the 4th rep, the Power Press picked the bar up easily and gave me the opportunity to force out 3 more repetitions! I sat up feeling the same kind of tightness and pump in my chest that I’d only experienced in the past with another person serving as a spotter!

In summary, I’ve been using the system now for about 4 weeks and it just gets better. I’ve added about 10% to my bench strength and am certain more will follow, thanks to the innovative Power Press!
